What’s happening in Year 4 – Week 2

This week in Year 4 we got the exciting chance to perform our amazing descriptions of Oliver Twist from the book Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens to Year 2.

Before going to Year 2, we organised ourselves into groups of four, where each member selected which paragraph to read aloud. This allowed everyone to contribute and ensure that
all our hard work was showcased.

Throughout the presentation, we could see the Year 2 students listening attentively, which made us feel proud of our efforts. This experience not only gave us a chance to practice our
reading and speaking skills but also to connect with a younger audience through the timeless story of Oliver Twist.
