Tuesday 23rd February & Tuesday 9th March from 4-5pm with Alex & Olivia
Worry, uncertainty and fears may be especially present during the current climate, given the changes in our lives, and the health concerns that people are experiencing. This workshop aims to provide information about what is anxiety and what parents and carers can do to help their child to manage and reduce the impact of worry and fear in their lives.
We all need a tool kit of strategies for looking after our emotional well-being and mental health, especially during these challenging times. This workshop aims to provide a range of skills and strategies to help young people to show care to themselves and to take positive steps to look after their emotional well-being. Parents/carers are welcome to join!
