What’s happening in Year 6 – Week 3

In geography this half term, Year 6 are learning about Indonesia and Tsunamis. Over the last few lessons, the children have been learning about the physical geographical features of Indonesia, focusing on the biome, climate, weather patterns and the wildlife that lives amongst the island-country’s landscape. This week, Year 6 worked in pairs to conduct independent research about wildlife living in Indonesia. They thought carefully about how the animals had adapted to the landscape and what dangers they faced in the future.
