What’s happening in Year 3 – Week 4

This week in RE the children have been learning about the 4 Nobel truths in Buddhism.  The children were focusing on the 2nd Nobel truth (the cause of suffering).  The children looked at the main reasons of suffering, greed, hatred and ignorance.  They were very mature when discussing all three points, they made their opinions clear and their understanding of all three point.  They then had images which they had to put into the categories they thought were most suitable, they also explained why each image should go into that category.  Showing great maturity the children made compelling arguments.
