What’s happening in Nursery – Week 4

This week in Nursery, children created a painting of a ‘hog’  by using handprints and paintbrushes. We chose to create a ‘hog’ as it is one of the characters from our core text ‘What the Ladybird Heard’ by Julia Donaldson and Lydia Monks. We explored colour mixing and how to make new colours from primary colours. By mixing red and white paint we made the colour pink for the hog.
