What’s happening in Year 4 – Week 7

This week in Year 4, linking to our Black History Month topic, we had the exciting opportunity to visit a workshop at the Hackney Museum, linking to the history of carnival.

We had the opportunity to look about the exhibition informing us about the carnival history and we got to make our own carnival masks! Once we were done with our masks, we held our own carnival where some of us we holding flags that would be seen during the actual carnival and some of us even got dressed up. We had an amazing time!
