This week, Year 3 have been building on their knowledge of measuring objects using centimetres and millimetres to work out the perimeter of 2-D shapes. They measured the sides of shapes, then calculated the perimeter by adding the sides together.
Inspired by their writing text, The Egyptian Cinderella, Year 3 have been writing formal newspaper articles about the Pharaoh’s quest to find his Queen.’
