Mr Watson’s Writing Group

On Monday, Mr Watson’s writing group travelled to central London to see the Mary Seacole statue.

We learnt all about the heroic acts of service Mary achieved during the Crimean War in Spring 1 and wanted to visit her statue and show our respect to her. We did a quiz based around Mary when we were and although the rain stopped us from doing some observational drawings, we managed to see Big Ben and the London Eye too!

We had so much fun!
