27 Jun Revised Service Costs – September 2024
As you will be aware, the school has not raised their costs for school services for a number of years now. From 1st September 2024 we will be revising the cost of some school services to stay in line with inflation rates. We have tried to keep costs to a minimum where possible as we appreciate that everybody is feeling the pinch at the moment.

| Late Collection Fees | If a child is collected late from school (3.30pm) they are put into an After School Club and the cost for this is claimed back from the parent/carer.
If a child is collected late from After School Club (5.00pm) they are put into Extended Wraparound Care and the cost for this is claimed back from the parent/carer. If a child is collected late from Extended Wraparound Care then a charge of £5.00 for every 5 minutes of lateness will be charged to the parent/carer. |
To ensure that parents keep on top of their payments, we continue to ask that Breakfast Club, School Lunch and Nursery Top Up services are paid for two weeks in advance.
All After School Clubs and Extended Wraparound Care must be paid in full at the start of each term; if payments have not been made by the given deadline then unfortunately your child will not be permitted to join the club at the start of the term.
The Annual Trip contribution should be paid by the end of October 2024.
If any parent falls into debt by more than three weeks, services may be withdrawn and parents will need to make alternative arrangements.
