What’s been happening in Year 4 – Week 5

Last Friday, Year 4 visited the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Dalston to find out a little more about their RE topic ‘Hinduism’. The children had the opportunity to ask lots of questions about the faith and get to know a little about how a temple is used and respected. As well as that, the children were shown lots of statues of Hindu Gods, which lead to uncovering some of the background stories that helped to explain the importance of particular features. The children were incredibly respectful and showed amazing focus and attentiveness during their visit – well done Year 4!
