What’s happening in Reception – Week 2

On Monday morning we received a super exciting delivery…chick eggs. The children were fascinated as we discussed how the eggs need warmth, care, and a calm environment to help the chicks grow and develop. They asked thoughtful questions and made predictions about when the chicks might hatch, showing great curiosity and enthusiasm.

Over the coming days, we will be observing the eggs closely and learning all about the life cycle of a chick. We are all eagerly waiting to see what happens next—watch this space for updates as our tiny visitors begin their journey into the world!
