What’s happening in Year 2 – Week 1

Year 2 have been weaving for their Black History Month art topic this term. They were inspired by the Kente clothes from Ghana. They discussed the colours, shapes, patterns and weaving techniques used to create these traditional clothes. They  all used colours they thought represented them to do their own weaving.
