What’s happening in Year 5 – Week 2

This term, Year 5’s science topic is ‘Properties and Changes’. This week we used scientific vocabulary to make tactile observations of the properties of objects hidden in a touchy-feely bag. After the objects had been revealed, we built on our categorisation skills from last week to group the objects based on their properties, represented in a variety of ways, including a Venn and Carrol diagram.
