What’s happening in Year 5 – Week 7

Year 5 have loved learning about the Romans in history this half term! We recently took part in a debate all about Boudicca and discussing whether she was a good or a bad leader. We wrote our ideas down on whiteboards first and used ABC cards to accept, build on or challenge each other’s points of view. We had a heated debate!

We have had some amazing pieces of homework come into Year 5 this week, all about Dina Asher-Smith. Well done to Maggie and Khamil, who put lots of effort into their homework to make it really creative. Wina also painted a lovely poster for Black History Month, as some extra home learning – well done!
