What’s happening in Year 6 – Week 2

Year 6 have had a fantastic start to the year. We have been working hard on being the best role models for the school and ensuring our work is presented beautifully so that we are proud of our learning.

We have also been toiling away in art, producing some outstanding self-portraits in the style of Gustav Klimt. We have studied his paintings and enhanced our painting skills, looking at warm and cool colours as well as mixing tints, tones and shades. Here you can see us mixing our perfect skin tone! We can’t wait for you to see the completed pieces- they are fantastic.
