16 May What’s happening in Year 6 – Week 4
What a week it has been for Year 6! We are incredibly proud of all of our Year 6 pupils, who have now completed their SATs! After months of hard work, dedication and determination, they approached the week with calmness, focus and maturity beyond their years. Every single child gave it their all – and they absolutely smashed it! The build-up to SATs can be a challenging time, but Year 6 tackled each day with a positive attitude and showed real resilience throughout. Their efforts have truly paid off, and we couldn’t be prouder of what they have achieved!
To celebrate the end of SATs week, we rewarded the children with a well-earned afternoon in the park. Despite the cooler weather, spirits were high as we tucked into our picnics, played football, shared games, and enjoyed spending time together outdoors. It was the perfect way to mark the end of a big week.
A huge well done to all of Year 6 – you’ve worked so hard and shown just how capable and brilliant you all are. Thank you also to parents and carers for your ongoing support during this time. We’re now looking forward to the exciting final half-term ahead!
